This is a funny statement, considering that Dan is a huge Marvel fan, and has been trying for years to make the DC books more like Marvel’s.
I’d be willing to bet that it’s likely that he still reads more Marvel books than DC books.

I agree with you on your assessment of Geoff, having worked with him on most of his Marvel stuff years ago.
But the rest of what you’re saying here is nonsense.
Yeah, I think that anon has the order of things backwards.
DC = Capes and Grimaces.
Marvel = Stories.
I find this kind of dumb altogether. I don’t see how you could sum all of (or even as a majority of) DC books as for adults or Capes & Grimaces nor can i see how Marvel can be just thrown together and said to be for kids or all about stories.
Both have books out right now that are worth reading but if anything Marvel tends to make more character driven books and DC tends to make more story driven books
